What to expect
Dr Borbasi comes to see the patient at the nominated appointment address. The appointment is a chance to understand current symptoms, medications, supports, concerns, and goals of care.
Patients and carers are encouraged to ask questions and raise practical concerns about care at home, symptom control, planning, and support.
